Im thinking about buying a Nitro Rustler traxxas 2.5?
Is this a good rc car? break easily? and it is easy to maintain?
Traxxas is one of the great names of the RTR (ready to run) RC vehicles. They have a good reputation and they sell parts and put upgrade their vehicles. failure is common when you enter the hobby quality vehicles. They run so fast nowadays that any accident and you will certainly damage if you hit hard enough. The great thing, as mentioned, is that they sell parts. Grade toy vehicles are a bit more lenient because they are manufactured Flexible plastic and run much slower than the hobby quality. The downside is that they are a one shot deal. Once they break, you're out of luck as far as parties go. One might think that the quality vehicles hobby would be stronger, but it is not the case. plastics are replaced by rigid plastics and in most cases, the carbon fiber. Although stiffer than plastic, they can break more easily. The rigid material is necessary to make the vehicle handle better in the suspension and handling area. In all, Traxxas is an excellent choice. You will not disappointing. The next step is up kits that need to be built from the base.
