I want to quit masturbation is not to take the way I just want to do it anymore but i cannot stop im 14 if any1 wants I only know this once a day, but i fear its getting in the way of my social life at school im shy and insecure and I think this was caused by this issue before I used to be open and friendly now im shy and unhappy because of what someone knows how to help me quit? I have 2 separate Hobbys dragsters and nitro RC cars, but I'm involved in student government and club German. just tell me how to stop.
