Ricky Craven has said that Jeff Gordon was the best he has ever raced against … and he raced against Earnhardt, Petty, Gloves, etc. I'm not lying. http://sports.yahoo.com/nascar/news?slug=rc-bestever101007&prov=yhoo&type=lgns I am a big fan of Gordon but even I have to say that Petty is the best … it's just me. What do you think?
Craven ran in the mid 90s to early 2000s when Jeff Gordon was at its peak. Petty and Gant are more drivers they once were. Earnhardt has been established good numbers of these years, but not as high as Gordon.
