What are some of the best small indoor / outdoor RC Helicopters such as pork air "?

The are not really a problem, but I do not want to spend like $ 250 for some RC helicopter I just want a little fun with, so my area is $ 15-40 Favorite spending, but I could not go higher. Probably no more than $ 120 or so though. I did a little research and people are asking really difficult questions of compare such characteristics that do not make sense to me. I do not know anything about RC helicopters, but I do not fly planes powered RC hobby gas. One of my friends had a pig air worked great, but his younger brother got a pig from the new air of Christmas is different, and does not work too well. I seen other brands that do not work so great either. Does anyone have recommendations for some of the "cheap" (as opposed to those of several Hundreds of dollars in gas RC helicopters to fly my father) electric mini RC helicopter that can be used indoors and outside? Thank you

For your price range, do not expect a helicopter that can fly outside, but you can fun with the little electric helicopters inside double main rotor. I can commend the E-Flite brand. They are a little known the MCX Blade. I fly a little bigger, the Blade CX2, which has garnered excellent reviews, which may be taken on a very quiet day. If you do not want to spend as much as I also had fun with tiny Silverlit helicopters, including TandemZ PicooZ, which is like a Chinook baby.
