help choosing an RC helicopter?

I want to get my brother a helicopter remote control, but I have no idea what is good and who is crap. Steals (real) aircraft, and paraglider, so I think it would be a master helicopter beginner to quickly. It has plenty of space to fly it in, I doubt he would want to fly in the doors. I know they can be expensive, but I spend less than $ 100. I looked at many websites, but I have no idea how to make a choice, so just leave a Website RC Heli does me no good. If someone could please give me the model names and where I could find, it would be very useful. Same if you do not know a good purchase, if you know what not to buy, please let me know! Thank you in advance! Thank you for your responses, and choose a best answer! DJSmesser, Thank you very much, your answer is exactly what I was looking for! What is the difference between electricity and gas powered? Why are we better than the other? Advantages / Disadvantages?

I just recently ventured into the world RC Helicopter. For my first time I decided Heli ESky Lama V4 on which is what they call a coaxial helicopter. After studying a I just found that the coaxial helicopter is perfect for beginners and novice pilots because of the controls are very easy to learn and master. This unit came with a flight simulator that allows you to fly right on your computer using the remote real for the helicopter. It also came with a training kit to help aid in time the first flights and landings. All this cost me approximately $ 85.00. It is a nice size for Heli still being considered a mini. It measures approximately 16 "long and about 7" high. There is a helicopter made by another Blade CX CX2 EFlite called and. These are very close in comparison with the Dalai, but with a price slightly than about $ 120.00. Both helis are very nice and look great! So these two helis are easily updated to allow different DIY and like if your brother decides he really likes the RC helicopter as a hobby. Oh, I forgot to mention …….. two of they are electric helis and can be performed inside and outside. Hope this helps! ADDITIONAL – Apart from the differences evident between the gas and electric powered, gas helis are much more expensive from the mid $ 200.00 range with some prices in the thousands !……… not to mention the additional costs for fuel. helis are for gas outside especially if one considers the smoke and produced in addition they are kind've noisy. In my opinion, helis gas would be something up their diploma after years of flight. Certainly status professional. Good luck!
