RC Helicopter replacement part?

I recently received a donation of a remote controlled helicopter that worked very well until it is overwritten and, unfortunately, broke. Here is the link for the product: http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=221372&criteria=2ch&doy=2m1 The party is broken is the main vertical shaft Axel (which connects the blades of the engine), specifically the top where the blades and the balance bar Connect. Looking to record parts that were supplied with the product parts required HS is listed as "-02 ', is the black part of the main body. I looked on the Maplin site and the kit parts on the list does not include this part. If someone help me please with the way I can get this part needed

I had a look at this link and this I understand that you contact the manufacturer and they will send replacement parts you need. Over there should be a helpline or email address in the instruction manual.
