Turbo on a stock engine?
I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT V6. with a stock engine. it has 97k miles on it. , and it is manual. I would put in a turbo however I heard that the stock turbo kills. Is this true? My car is too old for a turbo I mean mileage wise? I know I also need fuel Apex AFC computer, and for the operation of more than 6 psi, more RC injectors. How many horses will win the car?

I would like to put in a turbo but I have heard that the stock turbo kills. do true? my car is too old for a turbo I mean mileage wise? "Mileage wise, no. You car is not too old for forced induction. Age does not really matter about the life of an engine Turbocharge for, what matters is the condition of the engine. To be sure, check the entire engine and all the internal sensors, bolt-ons. All that. To be even safer, rebuild the whole engine, all gaskets, pistons, piston rings, bearings. "I know that I also need fuel Apex AFC computer, and for the operation of more than 6 psi, more RC injectors. How many horses will gain a new car? "How many horses you gain is relative to the size of the turbocharger, air cleaner, exhaust, intercooler, intercooler piping and how it is routed through the engine compartment, how the engine tuned. Not only do you need from higher injectors, a SAFC, but forged pistons, wide band O2 sensor (I would recommend an innovative sensor LM1 O2) boost gauge, the temperature of exhaust gauge, a good Blow Off Valve, and actuator wastegate external good (TiAl is an excellent marks for relief valves).
