How do you open a Hello Kitty kiosk in a mall?

I work in a mall for 3 years. I want to start my own Kiosk Hello Kitty merchandise and later, other toys like action figures, plush, helicopters and RC cars. Do you think This will be a good idea? I'm opening near the Christmas season. I pretty much know everything about running a kiosk since I work at various booths for years. My question is: where will I find the merchandise? Should I seek a vendor? Also, where can I obtain a business license and how much will it cost? Suggestions or comments is greatly appreciate it. Let me know your thoughts on a Hello kitty / Toys booth. ps. there is no toy shop next to Disney in my mail.

The stuff seems Hello Kitty be quite hot now. If you work at the mall already, I suppose you know how much it will cost to rent a booth. Now, you'll need to find a provider and set your price margins and see if it will be profitable. We hope you can get all this done before the season for Christmas shopping. Good luck!
