RC Car Racing Suspension Question …?

I just bought a 12R5.1 Associated 1/12th scale RC car. I was walking on a trail through grip on carpet, where or how soft should I bring out the middle to get the maximum traffic for the background? I am competing in the class Lipo 13.5 and we arrive at a speed of about 45 mph down the straight away. I lose traction coming out of the sweeper and the car just? How should I resolve this problem (I can not change the tires because they are mandatory in this class that everybody runs the same tire compound). Thank you!

That is an excellent question. If you run the basic installation of R5.1 then you probably have gold or red in spring on her. At our path that is also a way to hang on carpet as we try to run too steep a possible source of maximum deflection and the corner speed without causing the rear end to turn around corners. Try to run a softer spring. So if you have a source of copper on the company – Then go to hard red spring in the middle. If you use a red spring, try a gold medal, etc. etc. You should not have to run anything that is lighter than gold, however. This should solve your problem.
