Starting a home business?
Some people say that your tax rate will be affected the Council is that true? I live Manchester, United Kingdom, so if anyone has any advice on starting a business (I already trade since February 08 on eBay – car parts, etc.) that IM not sure if its worth it because of the RC HM and other associates, etc. If you tax please help!
