What is the meaning of a license plate, which is black and the number is painted in yellow?
I came across a a car rental company car in Bangalore (KA REGN.) What I am interested to rent on the rent. No plate is black with the numbers are painted yellow. In the book the type of RC car is mentioned as "Deluxe Taxi". I understand the meaning of that plate is that it can be driven by licensed drivers rent a car company (in possession of a badge allowed), and any person, who rent. If I have a lease with rent a car company, I can use in various states in South India (Tamil Nadu / Andhra Pradesh Kerala and)? If yes, what is the procedure involved?
Yellow plated plaque is for public use while the plate is white black or green for use private. Thank you for your votes!
