Best DC electric motors?
I am building an RC car for my shop class. I tried to different engines and I need to know what is the difference between a tower and a motor engine 10 15turn. I wonder what would be the best and if you have a better idea of the place where to buy engines and engines that would be better together. I do have a reasonably modest, however.
"Active 10" means that are 10 turns of wire around each section of the frame. The number of laps, the less resistance in the circuit which means more power / faster, but your batteries will discharge faster as well. If you are looking for HIGH SPEED, but short, then go with the least amount of laps. If you prefer the life of the battery for longer a slower speed, then go with a larger number of turns. Ebay is a good source for DIY parts / accessories. If you are looking for a rendezvous in the store HOBBY love people, but most stores, hobby are quite competitive in the prix.-SP
