No, it's not fast. It will be relatively fast, however. But only for 1/4th of a mile. If I were to challenge you to a race to see who could drive 200 miles the fastest, you lose. If I race to see how long your car, you lose. If I were you race on any track other than a 1/4th mile track, you lose. Is worth $ 5 grand? It's up to you. I would not pay $ 500 for this, however. There are a hundred different versions cars which are better than for the price range.
