What are the marks of quality and crap RC?

I'm new to rc and prob do a lot of shopping online, I know a bit like the main tamiya, assosiated, Losi and Xray, but I see a hundred others? on ebay, but the name it some, seben, HPI, HSP, hsx.hpx, the venom, the Trinity, Schumacher, and there are a lot more esp! Please help, I know my real cars, but new RC and I do not buy the race Daihatsu rc lol! OH BTW I'm trying to get to 1 / 10 ELECTRIC stlye ISTC Touring Car racing.

Please do not buy a round of St-15, it is the worst truck ever made, I know because there is one right next to me. lets go through the pros and cons of it. Disadvantages: motor overheats for me and I always had running rich, the throttle wheel rubs on the right, they are not ball bearings everywhere, even the clutch doesn't have bearings, tires go bald in the first tank of gas, the shocks are terrible, the springs are weak, suck gimbals, fuel tank sucks (I managed to get two in a half-gallon of gasoline, etc., etc., etc. Advantages: he noticed a futaba radio, a receiver and two standard servos that you can use something else. Anyway, your question. brands that I consider purchasing are Losi Team team associated, Traxxas, HPI, Tamiya, xray, duratrax, and thats about it. Team Losi: Stadium trucks are racers and monster trucks can be runners or detractors. truggies strollers and riders are well. Team Associated: all they do is intended to be run other than MTB. Traxxas: Revo is a runner, while the rest is Basher. They are very fun vehicles, especially the electrical part. but some of their nitros are known to be fragile (relatively) HPI: Mainly Tamiya bashers: essentially nostalgic, generally fairly slow, but they offer many kits you build yourself and that many people enjoy. they are very great detail most of the time. Radiography: Duratrax Racers: Bashers, a company that offers low budget one year parts warranty breach 1 of many parts. I suggest you stay away from lesser known brands, they arent popular for a reason that you KNO 1 / 10 power: go with xray, Losi, or partners and make sure you do not go cheap on the batteries, they make a big difference
