Nitro vehicle fires are not uncommon. However, they are usually the result misuse or carelessness. Sad to say but true. If not all safety precautions are observed, then a fire could indeed occur. Nitro fuel is highly flammable and should always be handled with exteme caution. Even a minor spill when filling the tank, then a spark of anything, could be disastrous. There are warnings on cans of fuel. There are warnings in manuals for car owners. Everything is over the Internet. You must be careful with the nitro fuel or you have burned (pardon the pun). If and when a fire occurs, it can not be blamed on the car, or manufacturer. It is always the result of the user. (again, sorry but true) Period! All accidents are preventable. ALL.
