My nitro rc car will not start?

I use a rotostart and when I try to start it does not rotate, I can turn the crank of my hand but it is tight, I do not what to do and also my car does not start, I have a new glow igniter and a new glow plug i donot what to do. suggestions.

Remove the cap and let sit for an hour or two. you flooded the engine. not a big deal. right height so you do not give a lot of trouble with the startup.
