How do I power a car RC 7.2V want with an AC adapter 12V?

I have an RC car that uses a lithium polymer 7.2V, but for other reasons that I have a cable running to the car supplying 12 volts (depending on the wart wall, it is 12V 0.3A) So I thought it would be nice to release the vehicle to be in charge of the battery and provide power to the same 12v run along the wire. What type circuit must be constructed to provide 7.2V from 12V? Do I need more information first?

I do not know if the amp 0.3 is enough to power the car, you can verify that. There are several ways to reduct stress, but none are easy. You'd better buy a card V 7 ..
