RC Cars – Part of the essence.?
RC Cars, right I have a car fuel light that takes QuickFire 16, I had the QuickFire 16 with the car, but it may take any other kind?? So if I were to QuickFire 20 would do it?? Are there advantages and disadvantages?? (PS engine is an FS-12ss)
I agree with Diablo. And about gear ratios: if you're on a race track and there are lots of corners and not a lot of long straights, go for lower ratios give you faster acceleration of the corners. If more straights, go for the larger gear to give you more gear. That is what the big (and girls) do in race cars. They spend a lot of time developing the optimal set of ratios for different tracks and conditions. As if it is very slippery you need to put the power down more easily if you do not receive too much skating, so you have to feed the power in more gradually. But with everything short of the standard mods on the engine … check with some Experts initially if you know how you can get.
