My Hobby 75 mph
I found a new hobby a few weeks ago, I was not looking that I just fell into it or more exactly He tripped. My son Nitro car racing.
My new hobby is racing cars Nitro, which is a nitro car? It is a remote control car with a small engine that runs on nitro fuel mixture, as the cars slide down the quarter mile up to ridiculous speed parachute POP rear.
My nitro car is not as fast, but it feels like it, when you have a model car is 75 mph it seems incredibly fast and takes great skill around the corner and even driving in a straight line can be tricky. my son's car took a little fall and was virtually crushed by a van in the post, the dangers of driving on the highway.
I realized I would probably destroy the car my son, I bought mine. It was not cheap, these models can cost up to £ 1,100, but spent a respectable 280 pounds and received a small piece of the magic of racing! A piece of quality kit with incredible detail and the engine noise and the smell of nitro fuel have been fantastic. It took some time to configure and read the manual, but finally I was ready.
After few days along the road trying to get the hang of the controls I dare my nearest track racing, not for a child, the youngest rider was in his twenties and it seems that the average age was mid-thirties, so I felt at home.
We exchanged stories and checked each other cars around and had fun blasting the way, I fell a dozen times at least, but fortunately the car was built for abuse. Like a race car, we discussed the power and tuning, brakes and exhaust, tires and the suspension and which is best for which occasion.
And then I discovered that the car nitro racing world and on TV!
Immediately I began to dream of victories and trophy Gran Prix with huge champagne magnums and beautiful girls on the podium in the first up and the cheers of all.
And reality has struck there, no way my wife would let me fly to Japan for a toy car race. End of story.
If for the moment I'll just continue to refine and adjust my engine and improve my driving skills, attention everyone!
It Nitro is a lot of clubs and forums in the United Kingdom and around the world and shopping online as and where you can buy upgrades and even some of the fuel.
